How long is Early Bird pricing available?

Early Bird pricing is available during our initial launch phase. Once the early bird slots are filled, prices will increase to their standard rates.

Can I customize the screenshot backgrounds?

Yes! Snipip's Presentation Studio includes custom backgrounds, linear gradients, solid colors, and transparent patterns.

What mockups and frames does Snipip support?

You can frame your screenshots in Mac Window, Browser, MacBook, iPhone, and Floating Card frames.

What are the keyboard shortcuts for capturing?

Press ⌘ + Shift + X to Capture Region, ⌘ + H for Screenshot History, and ⌘ + Shift + E to open the Studio Editor.

What happens after my 1 year of updates on Solo?

Snipip keeps working forever. You just won't receive new feature updates after year 1. Upgrade to Pro anytime for lifetime updates.

What counts as a device?

Any Mac you personally use. Solo = 1 Mac. Pro = up to 2 Macs. Team = up to 5.

What are the different support levels?

Priority support (Pro) guarantees a < 24-hour email response. Dedicated support (Team) provides direct contact and priority feature requests. Solo gets community support.

Do future major versions cost extra?

Not on Pro. Solo and Team include updates for 1 year from purchase date.

What are the system requirements?

Snipip requires macOS 14.0 Sonoma or later. It runs natively on all Apple Silicon and Intel-based Macs.
